The Mint 400 and Cinderella

Friday: Fans, get close and personal to race vehicles and meet the drivers at Mint 400 Tech & Contingency. Race trucks will be lining up Fremont Street starting at Las Vegas Blvd. all the way up to Eleventh Street. This event is free, family-friendly and an all day affair 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

It’s our favorite time of the month— First Friday! This month’s theme is March for Art. Featured artist, Tanya Michelle owner of Galerie Miscre8, will be painting a mural live on the Coolidge Street side wall of the old Mission Building. Shop the many artist booths, dance along to live music buy grub from a plethora of food trucks all night.

Saturday: Las Vegas Academy’s season performance of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella is coming to a close this weekend. Bring the family to see new characters and experience new surprising twists in this Broadway variation of the time-honored fairytale. Tickets start at $12, showtimes are 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. inside the Lowden Theater at Las Vegas Academy.

It’s Comedy Night at the Place on 7th. Come laugh out loud with comedian Benji Lovitt at 8 p.m. Tickets are available in advance for $18 and will be $36 at the door.

Sunday: Oddfellows is throwing back the tunes while patrons throw back the brews. Come trigger old memories and sing along to the perfect soundtrack of emo and pop-punk jams from the late ‘90s and early aughts. Sunday! At The Disco starts at 10 p.m.
