The long-awaited Las Vegas foodie favorite Flock & Fowl has arrived in Downtown Las Vegas.
The restaurant is holding a pop-up preview on the ground floor of The Ogden this weekend. According to chef-owner Sheridan Su, the restaurant will remain open through Saturday, with a soft opening slated for December 15. While Flock & Fowl is known for its signature Hainanese chicken rice (poached chicken with rice cooked in chicken stock and served with an assortment of house-made condiments), chef-owner Sheridan Su will be testing out new dishes, such as a soft shell crab mee goreng—a noodle dish popular in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. They’ll also be testing out craft cocktails.
Flock & Fowl’s Downtown location will be open from 6 to 10 p.m. through Saturday.
